How to Create and Use Backlinks

Backlinks are basically links from other peoples sites that lead to yours.  While it may take a long time to get your blog to be recommended by others, you can do the reccomendation yourself.  Use things like Twitter, Facebook, and Tumblr to both gain followers and backlinks.  Backlinks can help your page rank (which may be discussed later on) which increases the odds of your page being found on google.
